On January 22-24, CS Hardware attended the NAHB International Builders' Show (IBS) in Las Vegas. The IBS is the largest annual light construction show in the world. The show attracts builders and suppliers alike, and features the latest and most advanced building products and services. Hands-on demonstrations and working models are other stand-out features of the show.
There are a large variety of reasons why businesses should attend the IBS. It allows them to see new products, get important information on a national level and to talk with others in their field. You'll get to see new products and trends before they hit the store and get a leg-up on the competition. Building relationships is also a crucial part of trade shows, and IBS is no exception.
This year's show featured over 900 exhibitors and more than 100 education sessions. Timothy Stepanski, Marketing Manager of Custom Service Hardware, commented on the success of this year's show, saying that they had a record-high traffic for CSH.
“All of the vendors around us said they saw a huge increase in traffic from 2012”, Stepanski said. The overall mood of the attendee was very upbeat about 2013, and CSH's hottest item was their rolling barn door hardware.
Below are three videos from the trade show.
